All items handled by our shop are one-of-a-kind used clothing and vintage items. Due to the nature of not being new, please understand the following before making a purchase.

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences such as image discrepancies, size differences, or color variations. We provide measurements and condition details on the product page to the extent possible, so please check them before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.

Regarding the nature of used clothing as a product

The products in our store may have the following characteristics due to aging. These are treated as the individuality of the product and are not considered defects.

  • Small stains, discoloration, pilling, fabric snags
  • Natural changes in texture due to washing or cleaning
  • Slight cracks or chips in prints or appliques
  • Fading of tags, illegible care labels

Any notable items among the above are communicated in the product page's condition section and photos.

In the event of a product defect

If any of the following apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via the inquiry form or email. We will cover the shipping costs for returns.

  • If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
  • If there are damages or stains not mentioned on the product page.
  • If the product is damaged due to a shipping accident.

When contacting us, please include photos of the relevant areas to help us process your request smoothly. As each item is unique, if an exchange for an identical product is not possible, we will issue a refund.

If the item is returned without prior notice

We cannot process returns or refunds if you send back a product without prior notification. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
